Terms & Conditions
Beta Mart PK Terms of Service
By browsing, accessing, or placing orders on Beta Mart PK, you agree to these standard terms and conditions.
1. Order Placement via WhatsApp
Tapping the "Order Now on WhatsApp" button generates an order inquiry containing product details. An order is only confirmed once our representative and the customer mutually confirm delivery address, current stock availability, and the final bill amount in PKR.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.). In the rare event of a typographical error or sudden currency devaluation impacting import tariffs, we reserve the right to notify the customer prior to dispatch with the option to proceed or cancel without penalty.
3. Product Age Recommendations
Parents and guardians are strongly advised to observe the manufacturer age recommendation labels stated on each product page. Toys containing small parts or high-speed RC propellers require adult supervision for younger children.
