At Beta Mart PK, we want parents and children to be thrilled with every purchase. Because electronic toys, remote control cars, and helicopters can occasionally experience transit shocks, we offer a dedicated 7-Day Checking Warranty from the date you receive your package.
What Is Covered?
- Dead-on-arrival or non-functioning electronic components (motors, remotes, circuits).
- Rechargeable batteries that fail to hold charge during initial testing.
- Physical damage or cracks incurred during courier transit.
- Missing accessories or parts from the factory box.
What Is Not Covered?
- Physical damage caused by dropping, crashing into walls/water, or rough play after initial testing.
- Burns caused by using high-voltage phone fast-chargers (always use standard 5V/1A USB ports).
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear.
How to Claim a Replacement
- Record a Brief Video: Within 7 days of delivery, take a short 15-second video showing the issue (e.g. car not pairing with remote or flashing red light).
- Send via WhatsApp: Message our official WhatsApp helpline along with your name and courier tracking slip.
- Instant Verification & Dispatch: Our technician reviews the clip. If a defect is verified, we immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement unit or spare part via courier!
